Step 1

Discovery & Direction

We begin with a discovery call, where I take a consultative approach to unpack your business in detail. This includes understanding your current position, challenges, goals, and where you want to take the brand.

During this session, we explore how strategic content creation and social media management can support increased profitability, stronger engagement, and sustainable growth. We also identify the most effective content formats and platforms to achieve these outcomes.

Step 2

Strategy & Onboarding

Once you decide to proceed, a non-refundable retainer (not a deposit) secures your onboarding and locks in your place.

From here, I develop a tailored content and social media strategy specifically for your brand. This strategy is built directly from everything uncovered in the discovery call, including your objectives, audience, messaging, platforms, and desired outcomes. The retainer reflects the strategic planning, setup, and creative development that begins immediately at this stage.

Step 3

Creative Direction & Previews

Before any full production begins, you will receive preview content and/or moodboards.

These clearly outline the creative direction, visual style, and tone we are working towards. This stage allows for feedback and refinement to ensure alignment before moving into full content creation. A maximum of two revision rounds is included. Any additional revisions may incur an additional fee.

Step 4

Content Capture

If required, we then organise a dedicated session to capture all necessary photos and videos.

This may include brand imagery, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, or video content tailored for social platforms. All content capture is planned strategically to maximise output, consistency, and long-term usability.

Step 5

Content Creation, Delivery & Execution

Content is professionally created, edited, and optimised based on the agreed strategy and creative direction.

Final content is delivered and/or published across the relevant platforms, aligned with the outcomes outlined in the earlier stages. The focus remains on driving engagement, strengthening brand presence, and achieving measurable business results.
